Center For Family Services is seeking an experienced individual for the Intensive Outpatient Counselor position in the Family First Program. Family First provides the support necessary for women to overcome addiction. Some services include individual and group therapy, psycho education groups, individual case management, transportation, outreach services and special seminars. The program provides specialized support to mothers, through on-site child care and transportation, eliminating the common barriers mother's face when seeking help for problems with drugs or alcohol.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Intensive Outpatient Counselor is a key member of the Family First Program's team and provides trauma informed counseling to women seeking support for addiction in the program. This individual's responsibilities include group and individual therapy sessions, case management, and coordination of care. The IOP Counselor completes documentation and filing of all necessary reports in a timely manner as well as performs specialized activities and functions specific to the program.
Bachelor's required, Master's Degree is preferred
Previous experience in the substance use disorder clients
Understanding of trauma informed therapy preferred
Current driver's license with a good driving record of at least three years
Vehicle with current insurance and registration
All positions require pre-employment drug screening and criminal record checks. Many positions require motor vehicle record evaluations and medical clearances.
