Job Type/Status: Part Time

Position Summary:

Center For Family Services is seeking a part time Call Center Representative to support the daily and overall operation of the agency's Access Department.

Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to;

• Stay informed and current on CFS services, program eligibility, and funder requirements
• Maintain high standards of consumer service while continuing to focus on consumer satisfaction and engagement
• Assist with external and internal outreach events as needed
• Engage callers with questions to determine appropriate service types and referral eligibility
• Ensure proper, concise and complete electronic health record documentation
• Maintain communication with referral sources and community partners
• Maintain departmental support documentation and records
• Develop a strong knowledge base of agency programs and stay current on relevant changes
• Collaborate with Intake Screeners and Program Directors to promote appropriate referrals and linkages 
• Refer callers to agency services in a prompt and professional manner
• Other duties as requested.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required, Bachelors preferred
• 2-3 years of customer service experience; Human Services experience or education preferred 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite operations; electronic health record experience preferred
• Organizational and interpersonal skills
• Multitasking skills to manage in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual preferred but not required
