Salary Range: $70-75K annually 

Position Summary 

The Clinical Supervisor oversees the clinical operations and staff within the program, ensuring high-quality client care and adherence to contractual deliverables by providing guidance, training, and support to clinical staff, while also managing administrative tasks and contributing to the overall efficiency of the program. The role includes carrying a small caseload, clinical supervision, clinical assessment, development of treatment plans, reviewing case files, training new clinicians, recruitment, and maintaining records. In-Person, flexible 40 hour per week schedule

Duties and Responsibilities:

  ? Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of clinic staff in compliance with applicable state regulations, policies, and standards.

  ? Provide guidance, feedback, and support to clinical staff, including therapists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals.

  ? Monitor clinical practices, ensuring adherence to established protocols, and implementing strategies to enhance the quality of care.

  ? Conduct and assist with patient assessments, treatment planning, and monitoring patient progress ? Identify and address clinical issues, resolve client complaints, and escalate complex cases to leadership when necessary.

  ? Ensure that clinical staff adheres to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. ? Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new clinical staff ensuring the clinical team meets the necessary qualifications and licences according to state regulations.

  ? Oversee accurate and timely documentation of all clinical activities.

  ? Reviewing client case files to monitor treatment progress.

  ? Ensure client and case coverage.

  ? Utilize interventions based on systemic, behavioral and cognitive modalities Provide crisis intervention as needed.

  ? Manage complaints, concerns, and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional customer service. ? Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to develop and implement clinical protocols, procedures, and guidelines.

  ? Facilitate communication between and among clinical staff, program staff and administration. ? Take responsibility with maintaining professional license; obtain advanced license; participate in staff professional development training and workshops as mandated/required.

  ? Provides administrative oversight and supervision to program staff in assigned programs, and maintains documentation of relevant supervisory issues,

  ? Ensures the continuing training, development and compliance of program staff.

  ? Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with program staff

  ? Conducts employee evaluations annually.

    Qualifications

      ? Master's Degree in related human services field

      ? Clinical Licensure as a social worker or licensed professional counselor

      ? Minimum four years direct clinical experience, providing psychotherapy within a behavioral health setting treatment program of which at least one year is supervisory.

      ? At least one year experience serving youth in a residential or inpatient hospital behavioral health

      Work Environment & Physical Requirements

      • Ability to sit for up to 2 hours during documentation tasks, group meetings, and administrative tasks.

      • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, as residential counselors may need to assist residents with mobility challenges and participate in activities that involve physical movement.

      • Ability to walk up and down stairs.

      • Ability to assist youth with daily activities and participate in group recreational or therapeutic activities.

      • Ability to meet and fulfill all physical requirements of Handle with Care Training

      • Be comfortable working in various residential settings, including shared spaces and therapy rooms.

      • Provide assistance in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices for youth with specific needs.

      • Ability to use a computer, keyboard, and other office equipment with precision.

      • Visual acuity to review documents, input data, and perform detailed tasks.

      • Adequate hearing and speech capabilities to engage in conversations, presentations, and phone communication clearly and effectively.
