Location: Voorhees, NJ

Job Status: Full Time (35 hours per week, hybrid)

Salary: $40,000 per year

Position Summary:

The Data Specialist supports the agency's use of database systems as a tool for internal data collection.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the current use and future utilization of the Electronic Health Record, EHR Ticket System, Cyber.
• Maintains and updates databases.
• Analyzes data and compiles reports to communicate analyses to executives, managers, and programs.
• Stay informed about agency services, programs, and initiatives to ensure accurate support.
• Attends trainings to maintain and enhance knowledge.
• Other duties as requested.
• Resolve to EHR help desk requests in a timely manner.
• Provide end-user support as part of the EHR Help Desk.
• Maintain the EHR ticket system to ensure accurate tracking and efficient issue resolution.
• Support the accuracy of data required for agency's data uploads to external systems such NJHMIS, RHYMIS, and SAGE etc.
• Stay current on the data standards and adjust the EHR system configuration as needed.
• Support data objectives, develop and run report for data quality and distribute accordingly.=

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma plus equivalent work experience required
• Degree/Certification in Computer, Information Management or Technology field a plus
