Job Type/Status: Full-Time

Salary: $70,000 to $76,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assumes responsibility for Partial Care, Supported Employment, Quality Commercial Cleaning and Better Future Self-Help/Wellness Center programs.
  2. 2Works with Associate Vice President on business/program development for areas of responsibility.
  3. Assumes direct responsibility for Gateway Partial Care (PC)
    1. Ensures supervision of Program Staff for administrative matters.
    2. Provide direct service as needed.
    3. Ensure interdisciplinary collaboration between APRN and direct service staff to coordinate care of consumers.
    4. Ensures that Partial Care daily census meets productivity expectations.
    5. Meet with billing staff on a weekly basis to monitor PC program revenue.
    6. Conduct regular chart reviews in the EHR system.
    7. Ensures that Partial Care Child and Adult Care Food Program documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  4. Assumes direct responsibility for the Supported Employment (SE) Program
    1. Direct supervision of SE Program staff.
    2. Work with Team Leader to complete State contract reports.
    3. Develop and maintain productivity standards for SE program.
    4. SE program is fee for service, reimbursed through NJMAPP, ensure program maintains fiscal stability.
    5. Conduct regular chart reviews in the EHR system.
  5. Oversight of Quality Commercial Cleaning (QCC), business functions.
    1. Direct supervision of QCC Supervisor.
    2. Facilitate monthly QCC Leadership Meeting.
    3. Ensures that QCC monthly billing is completed in a timely manner.
    4. Ensures that QCC contracts are completed in accordance with expectations.
    5. Maintain positive relationship with ACCESS NJ and contracted cleaning service clients.
    6. Assist with cleaning service client contracts.
    7. QCC operates as a fee for service department, ensure program maintains fiscal stability.
  6. Oversight of Better Futures Self-Help Center (BFSHC).
    1. Direct supervision of Self-Help Center Manager.
    2. Work with BFSHC staff in advisory capacity.
    3. Complete contract renewal applications and ensure contract compliance including State reports.
    4. Ensure level of service meets or exceeds contract requirements.
    5. Conduct outreach to BFSHC members to encourage participation in the program.
    6. Conduct community outreach to market and build the program to increase membership and participation.
    7. Track daily census, group volume and community outreach calls/meetings and events (including details of the outreach calls, meetings and events). Report monthly to Manager in the DMHAS Office of Advocacy and Peer Services.
  7. Ensures coordination of administrative functioning of each program with other internal programs, the Center's Medical Director, and with external programs and agencies.
  8. Ensures that all monitoring and evaluation reports are accurately prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
  9. Coordinates Quality and Performance Improvement activities within the Programs and participates in Agency-wide Quality and Performance Improvement activities.
  10. Ensures adequate program staff coverage for all programs during all hours of Program operation.
  11. Evaluates staff on a regular basis, both formally and informally, and participates in the hiring and termination process of Program staff.
  12. Plans, develops, and implements programmatic and budgetary proposals.
  13. Represents the Agency and his/her Programs at various professional and other meetings in the local community and throughout the State as needed.
  14. Attends appropriate meetings within the Agency in order to represent the interests of his/her Programs and to provide input into the functioning and planning of other Agency Programs, and of the Agency as a whole.
  15. Develops appropriate procedures for his/her Programs in keeping with guidelines of State, Federal and other regulatory bodies; ensures that staff is oriented to and operates according to these procedures.
  16. Mediates all client complaints for the Programs; refers clients to the designated Agency Ombudsperson as needed.
  17. Other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field;
  • 5 years experience in providing behavioral health services, or licensed in New Jersey for independent clinical practice; certified in New Jersey to provide clinical Supervision.
