Location: East Orange, NJ

Job Type/Status: Full-Time 

Salary: $55,000 to $62,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer all calls that come in through the PerformCare line
• Answer all Warmline calls
• Deescalate crisis calls as needed
• Complete Intakes and upload them into Call Log
• Upload all Intakes into Awards
• Open and admit all youth in the CFS EHR - Awards System
• Cancel all the canceled dispatches across all platforms
• Confirm non-immediate dispatches
• Complete discharge reports and outstanding discharges
• Assist with PE/ 3560
• Run progress note reports and follow ups with CIS
• Assist Administrative Assistant with monthly follow up calls
• Assist with monthly file reviews as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelors in a related field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology, criminal justice, special education)
• Must be energetic, organized and able to work as part of a team, and be culturally competent and responsive.
• Must have a car, valid driver's license 
• Excellent communication, organizational and assessment skills.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite proficient).
• Strong interpersonal skills.
