Position Summary:

Center For Family Services is seeking an experienced, dedicated individual to fill our Lead Case Manager Position within the Juntos Program. Lead Case Manager is responsible for coordinating case management and safe and timely release services, supervises case management staff and practices. Assesses the needs of unaccompanied children in care, develops Individual Service Plans, screens for human trafficking concerns, facilitates the safe and timely release or discharge of children and youth, documents the provision of services in case files.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides direct counseling and case management services.
  • May perform specialized activities and functions specific to program.
  • Completes documentation and other reporting requirements.
  • Meets regularly with supervisor and participates in other continuing professional development opportunities.
  • Contributes on Agency committees and special tasks, and promotes a sense of agency with co-
  • workers and staff, and communicates in ways that support agency mission and values.
  • Supervises 6 Case managers ensuring a one to eight UAC ratio and compliance with CM duties.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree Preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Two years' experience counseling high-risk youth and families, one-year experience in providing case management and family reunification services.
  • Previous supervisory experience required
  • Excellent driving skills and current driver's license with a driving record of at least three years
  • Vehicle with current insurance and registration
