Summary: Center for Family Services is seeking a full time Outpatient Coordinator to work in our Behavioral Health Outpatient Department. The Outpatient Department is physically located in three different locations in both Camden and Gloucester Counties. The ideal candidate for this position has a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or a related Master's Degree in the field of mental health along with a valid New Jersey Clinical License to practice, LSW or LAC is required. This position is a combination of direct care and administrative support to the Senior Program Director of the Behavioral Health Outpatient Department. The administrative support consists of tasks that the Senior Program Director needs completed to effectively oversee the department. The Outpatient Coordinator will maintain a caseload of clients and provide treatment in a variety of modalities such as individual, group, and family therapy. The Outpatient Coordinator will also collaborate and work closely with the psychiatric staff for those clients also participating in Psychiatric Services. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of mental health issues, be knowledgeable in assessment, evidence based treatment, trauma informed care, treatment planning, diagnosis, and discharge planning. Excellent computer and organization skills is a must.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide competent, direct clinical services to adults, children, and adolescents through a variety of modalities such as individual, group, and family.

2. Complete required documentation within established timeframes per Federal, State, County, and agency regulations, policy and procedure. Adhere to HIPAA regulations in all related member matters.

3. Provide comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment appropriate to psychiatric recommendations and members presenting concerns regardless of race, gender, culture, or ethnicity.

4. Maintain professional license; obtain advanced license, participate in staff professional development trainings and workshops as mandated/required.

5. Maintain weekly productivity standards of 65% which is adjusted based on number of hours expected to work on coordinator tasks.

6. Maintain show rate target of 72% for clinical time with clients.

7. Assist Outpatient Senior Program Director with administrative tasks, electronic health record reports, chart audits and report data as needed.

8. Attend monthly/weekly supervision meetings with Outpatient Senior Program Director and monthly staff meetings.

9. Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Outpatient Senior Program Director.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Graduate degree with current New Jersey license; LSW, LAC or LAMFT with ability to acquire advanced license within one year from date of hire.

2. Minimum two years post graduate, direct clinical experience, providing psychotherapy within a behavioral health setting.

3. Knowledge, training, and application of evidence-based treatment.

4. Knowledge of Trauma Informed practice and treatment.

5. Able to work in a fast paced, multi-cultural behavioral health setting.

6. Proficient in use of computer, familiar with use of an electronic health system.

7. Ability to complete documentation independently, accurately, and adhere to timeframes.

8. Willingness to utilize clinical supervision to promote independent decision making and enhance system collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

9. Knowledge, skill, and ability; DSM V/ICD-10, systems of care, risk factors, evidence- based assessment tools.

10. A valid NJ driver's license.
