When you apply and get hired, you are eligible for a $1500- $3000 Sign on Bonus depending on licensure. $3000 for LCSW, LCADC, RN, LPC, LMFT, and $1500 for LSW, LPN, LAMFT, LAC.

Location: East Orange, NJ

Job Type/Status: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 35 hours each week.

Salary: $65,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures the continuing training and development of program staff.
• Conduct regularly scheduled supervision meetings with program staff, students, and volunteers
• Identifies needs and provides ongoing staff training in a variety of clinical modalities (e.g., family systems, behavioral, cognitive, etc).
• Completes all required reporting expectations of funders and Center For Family Services
• Responsible for fiscal sustainability of program.
• Observes sessions via one-way mirror, video tapes and home visits to improve staff's clinical skills and to ensure service quality.
• Practice sound clinical and administrative judgment and provide guidance to staff accordingly.
• Effectively act as a liaison between staff and all levels of administration.
• Make recommendations in hiring, disciplinary actions, promotion and termination in conjunction with human resources.
• Conduct regular staff evaluations and oversee implementation of the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement Plan while providing staff with opportunities for leadership.
• Attends and participates in agency/office meetings.
• Serves as primary liaison between Center for Family Services and all referral sources.
• Maintains statistic/reports to ensure the level of service is met.
• Ensures that all reports (required by program/service and CFS) are completed and submitted within designated timeframes.
• Maintains a caseload of 5-10 clients.
• Monitors case progress toward goal achievement.
• Coordinates care management/family team meetings.
• Builds community relationships and provides community outreach to market and expand services.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, criminal justice, special education) and a minimum of two years post Master's related supervisory experience in the social services field.
• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor or possess an equivalent license from an accredited board.
• Experience with community relations and crisis intervention.
• Must be energetic, creative, and able to work as part of a community resource team, and be culturally competent and responsive.
• Must have a car, valid driver's license
