Salary: $85,000 to $92,000 per year

Position Summary

Mobile Response and Stabilization Services(MRSS) are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to help children and youth up to 21 years of age who are experiencing emotional or behavioral crisis. The services are designed to defuse an immediate crisis, keep children and their families safe, and maintain the children in their own homes or current living situation.

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with MRSS funding source, contract and program's Annex A
  • Complete required documentation within established timeframes per Federal, State, County, and agency regulations, policy and procedure
  • Participate and attend internal agency meetings, external meetings including local community and state
  • Complete required documentation within established timeframes per Federal, State, County, and agency regulations, policy and procedure in the agency's established EHR as well as the states EHR - CYBER
  • Ensures the continuing training and development of program staff
  • Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with Program Coordinators
  • Completes all required reporting expectations of funders and Center For Family Services
  • Conducts employee evaluations annually
  • Responsible for fiscal sustainability of the program.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for up to: 7 hours per day or as needed by the program
  • Must have a car and a valid driver's license

Education and Experience Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field: Mobile response and stabilization management services shall be delivered directly by, or under the supervision of, a licensed behavioral clinician, who, at a minimum: is licensed in a behavioral health field, including, but not limited to: psychiatry, social work, counseling, psychology or psychiatric nursing.
  • Has three and one-half years applicable clinical and supervisory experience.
  • Experience with community relations and crisis intervention.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
