Program Director -Community Crisis Response Team (4761)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The CCRT Program Director assumes overall responsibility for the implementation and performance of the Camden Community Crisis Response Team, which includes clinical oversight, administrative responsibilities, program implementation, and participates in the management team of the overall Agency. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides clinical and administrative supervision of program staff, students and volunteers. 

  • Supervises Program Coordinators, Data Manager and Clinicians. 

  • Assures the continuing training and development of program staff. 

  • Regularly schedules meetings with stakeholder team and staff to discuss plans, address areas of potential problems and program functioning. 

  • Coordinates program activities with appropriate liaison agencies to ensure collaboration. 

  • Develops and promotes relationships with other social service agencies and represents the program and agency in the community. 

  • Performs administrative functions including the completion of regular reports in a timely manner as required by funding sources and the Agency, 

  • Serves on Agency-wide committees. 

  • Provides leadership to staff, and promotes a sense of agency with co-workers and staff, and communicates in ways that support agency mission and values. 

  • Contributes to the overall development of the Agency 

  • Adhere to Camden Coalition for Inclusive Communities plan. 

  • Adhere to COA policies and procedures of program. 

  • Adhere to policies and procedures of CFS. 

  • Other duties as required. 


REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Master of Social Work (MSW) degree or Masters in related counseling or Human Services field. Licensure eligibility preferred. 

  • Supervisory experience. 

  • Program administration experience. 

  • Community organizational skills 

  • Experience with trauma informed therapy and practices. 

  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas in both written and verbal form. 

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, execute sound judgment, and implement crisis intervention techniques when needed. 

  • Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
