Location: Camden and Gloucester County, NJ
Job Type/Status: Full Time (7-3 pm, M-F, 40 hours a week)
Salary: $60,000 to $65,000 per year
Position Summary:
The Center for Family Service is looking for a Full Time Supervisor for their OORP CC program. The Supervisor provides direct supervision hours and administrative oversight of program and staff within the Opioid Overdose Recovery Program (LifelineED), to include monitoring of program compliance to all Federal, State, County, and Opioid Overdose Recovery Program regulations, policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate regularly with the DMHAS OORP Coordinator/State Opioid Treatment Authority as well as assure program compliance with Federal, State, County, and accreditation criteria;
- Direct, monitor, and evaluate program services utilizing individual, group and documentation supervision to achieve high-quality outcomes;
- Implement standardized quality improvement measures in accordance with the agency-wide quality improvement goals;
- Develop and enforce all Lifeline program policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with Center for Family Services, state, federal SUD treatment regulations;
- Recruit, train, and evaluate all Lifeline staff, address performance issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Implement an integrated program evaluation system of Peers and Navigators utilizing documentation and reporting in (electronic health record) and other written documentation to monitor accurate documentation of services provided, utilization and outcomes;
- Ensure timely service delivery, resolve issues with hospital stakeholders, and collaborate with healthcare professionals on client care on regular basis;
- Manage program, staff, and client crises, providing necessary interventions when needed;
- Conduct regularly scheduled quality assurance reviews of client charts to assess program effectiveness and staff competency;
- Work in collaboration with all eligible CFS programs and external referral sources to facilitate an effective and timely referral process;
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance program operations and effectiveness;
- Advocate for policy changes related to Peer Recovery Specialists and substance abuse treatment on both the state and national level.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Services field: Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or a related field
- Minimum two years of program experience within a behavioral health setting
- Minimum two years of supervision experience
- Proven ability to develop and sustain internal and external professional relationships
- Proven ability to drive initiatives
- Knowledge and experience in working with individuals with substance use disorders and/or evidence of addiction coursework.
- Knowledge and experience in full complement of evidence-based and administrative practice to include Trauma Informed Care Principles
- Proven ability to constructively manage conflict and solve problems
- Knowledge and competency in the utilization of an Electronic Health Record
- Exemplary writing, verbal, and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
