Position Summary:

Center For Family Services is seeking an experienced Therapist for the YES Residential Treatment Homes.  The YES Residential Facility offers community based long-term residential treatment for male youth ages 13-17. High qualified therapists and counselors work closely with youth and families to provide diagnostic assessment, therapy, educational services, social skills training, and job readiness training.

Location: Glassboro, New Jersey

Job Status: Part Time

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Therapist provide a variety of direct counseling services using individual, family and group methods. Formulate and implement treatment plans. organize and carry out a work schedule which consistently adapts to the varying needs of assignments.  The Therapist is an advocate for the youth and his family and also provides referral services. This individual provides case management on site and in the home and community. The Therapist is comfortable with families and youth and is a role model for individuals in the YES Residential Facility. 

Requirements: 

• Master of Social Work (MSW) degree required
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) required
• 3 years' experience working with at risk youth
• Current driver's license with a driving record of at least three years
• Vehicle with current insurance and registration
