Clinical Coordinator - STAR/Reconnections (4452)

Salary: $70,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate regularly with the DMHAS STAR Grant Manager
  • Oversee Rutgers SUPRT and Red Cap tools
  • Demonstrate progress toward program goals
  • Supervision of program staff (monthly meetings with STAR and Reconnections staff and biweekly phone or face to face for minimally 15 minutes)
  • Coordination and monitoring of program services
  • Collaboration with systems partners to ensure coordination of care
  • Lead staff in delivering services in a culturally competent and linguistic manner; and improving the scope and capacity of the delivery system in order to ensure program sustainability.
  • Ensure Case Manager and Recovery Specialist maintain fidelity to model
  • Ensure QI compliance within the EHR System
  • Ensure program is available 24/7 with a minimum caseload of 40 individuals at all times
  • Assist with the development of comprehensive non-clinical Case Management plans and recovery plans
  • Coordination of training of the peer recovery support specialists with a third party vendor
  • Coordination of duties and scheduling of volunteers and interns, including on call schedules
  • Coordination of meetings, events, and fundraising events

Requirements

  • Master's Degree and Any Master's Level Clinical License (LPC, LCADC, LCSW) Related to the field
  • 3-4 Years Management Experience; 5-6 years preferred
  • Demonstrates evidence of working with the substance use disorder population and /or evidence of addiction coursework.
  • Certified Peer Recovery Specialist or National Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist
