Position Summary:
The Center for Family Service is looking for a Part time Cleaning Crew Member. The Cleaning Crew primary role is to ensure all bathrooms and common areas are clean and ready to receive clients and all garbage is removed. We are looking for someone who has a few extra hours in the morning or each evening who desires some extra income to help keep our State and personal contracts clean. Night cleaning teams and morning teams are needed to ensure bathrooms and common spaces are clean and ready to receive our clients the next morning. This usually involves only a few hours a morning or evening.
Location: Washington, NJ (Warren County)
Job Type/Status: Part-Time (24 hours per week)
Salary: $25 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete intake assessments as assigned.
- Provide therapeutic services including but not limited to individual, group therapies, psycho-education, and social skills training.
- Provide IMR (Illness Management and Recovery) services.
- Provide Pre-Vocational services.
- Provide supervision, monitoring and development of a designated psychiatric pre-vocational unit as assigned.
- Maintain up to date documentation in consumer clinical files and complete all documentation within agency and state licensing guidelines.
- Coordinate care with agency medical staff, providing ongoing feedback regarding consumers' mental status, response to treatment and medications.
- Ensure coordination between agency, medical staff and other medical staff involved in treatment of the consumer.
- Complete referrals and coordinate care for consumers with both in house and outside service providers and agencies such as probation, social service agencies, residential providers, self-help centers, etc.
- Schedule and facilitate joint treatment team meetings as needed with other service providers to ensure that services are coordinated.
- Take an active role in PC treatment team meetings and share information regarding consumer, program and community issues with treatment team members.
- Participate in clinical supervision with assigned supervisor on a regular basis.
- Provide transportation to consumers as assigned.
- Provide crisis intervention services to consumers in program, for voluntary hospitalization or referral to screening services for involuntary hospitalization.
- Provide outreach services to consumers as needed.
- Be familiar with community resources and refer clients as indicated.
- Provide relapse prevention planning for consumers.
- Make self available to meet the changing needs of the program.
- Develop comprehensive Recovery Plans with consumers in conjunction with other partial care treatment team members, consumers, family members, and/or significant others as permitted by consumer.
- Provide Wellness and Recovery Services to consumers with a focus on treating the whole individual, both their physical and mental health.
- Provide psycho-education to clients, family members and significant others as permitted by consumer and referrals to the IFSS program as appropriate.
- Responsible for Utilization Review (UR) for consumers covered under managed care insurance companies.
- Take responsibility for professional development and meeting licensure requirements for maintaining credentials through attendance at relevant workshops and seminars.
- Obtain and maintain pre-vocational certification.
- Participates in Center and Program performance improvement activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a bachelor's degree in a human services field, or an associate's degree
- Two years' experience in providing human services, or five years of human service experience, or possess a relevant professional credential, such as Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner, bachelor's degree in social work, certified rehabilitation counselor, certified alcohol and drug counselor, bachelor's degree in rehabilitation, or bachelor of science in nursing.
