Location: Warren/Hunterdon/Somerset Counties
Job Type/Status: Monday - Friday, 35 total hours/week
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with consultants, school districts, and community service providers to facilitate training, workshops, webinars, assemblies, etc.
- Ability to work a rotating 1st and 3rd monthly Saturday schedule.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between all three counties that the Hub services.
- Assist in the programmatic data collection, reporting, continuous quality improvement processes and evaluation of services to the target population.
- Reviewing and utilizing Evidence Based Practice material to create tier 1, and tier 2 presentations and workshops.
- Create live groups, webinars, for tier 1 services
- Participate in assembly style, and community events.
- There is the ability to work a hybrid schedule, if the Prevention Consultant is conducting a workshop at a school or community location closer to their home the Prevention Consultant can start their day from home. There is the ability to work remotely 2 days per week. This will be determined by the needs of the program. If program needs change the Prevention Consultant will be required to work in the office.
- Completion of hybrid work tracker on remote working days.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services related field, experience in the provision of prevention related programs.
- Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute additional experience as indicated on a year-for-year basis with thirty (30) semester hour credits being equal to one (1) year of experience.
- Minimum three years' experience working in non-profit, social service environments in development or implementation of community-based services, prevention programs, or any other human service programs.
- Experience in implementing evidence-based practice models and other materials related to training, coaching according to policies and procedures.
- Valid New Jersey driver's license, safe driving record.
- Vehicle with current insurance and valid registration.
