POSITION SUMMARY:

Center For Family Services is seeking a professional, culturally sensitive individual for the Trauma Recovery Center to conduct clinical intakes, individual and group psychotherapy, and care coordination using evidence-based practices for survivors of crime. The Trauma Recovery Center works within a trauma-informed, hope-centered framework that creates an environment whose daily practices promote the well-being of both staff and those we serve.

Location: Camden. Hybrid work environment (in person, telehealth, or community setting).

Job Type/Status: Part-Time

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct counseling using a trauma-informed approach.
  • Provide clinical supervision, consultation, testing, and review documentation.
  • Participate and conduct multi-disciplinary team meetings and case conference meetings.
  • Promote and demonstrate cultural humility in client care and staff interactions that respond respectfully to the strengths and skills of diverse ethnicities and cultures, languages, socio-economic classes, disabilities, religions, genders, sexual orientation, and other diversity-related factors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a valid license in Psychology issued by the New Jersey Board of Psychology.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and adverse childhood experiences.
  • Experience providing evidence-based, trauma-focused treatment.
  • Work in a hybrid environment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and clean driving record
