The bilingual Quality Improvement Supervisor will oversee a team of staff focused on quality improvement and data management. Manage the completion of audits, data reports, training requirements according to funder requirements. Monitor concerns, review records, oversee file keeping and facility regulation, to ensure compliance. Monitor, conduct and develop trainings to support team in meeting all requirements. Support overall quality improvement for the Juntos home study program, which supports family unification for immigrant children, family preservation, kinship care, and general child well-being.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conducts supervision of all quality improvement staff to ensure completion of all monthly audits, data reports, and training requirements are conducted, documented, and completed per ORR and CFS agency regulations.
  • Aggregates and analyzes program level data for reporting purposes.
  • Monitors all concerns regarding documentation, files, and facility regulations as identified by the CQI specialist, data analyst, and trainers to ensure compliance within the program.
  • Assist with training and maintaining compliance by ensuring all new hires and current staff are up to date with required trainings.
  • Monitors, conducts, and develops trainings to ensure ORR and CFS agency requirements are met.
  • Monitors and reviews records on training program attendance, trainings offered, and evaluation measures.
  • Interacts and works with HS/PRS workers and/or community members in a non-biased, inclusive, and respectful way regardless of cultural differences and circumstances.
  • Discusses personal and professional staff issues, when necessary, only with appropriate individuals.
  • Reports all programmatic concerns, data analysis, and reviewed programmatic processes to the program director to ensure compliance is maintained.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all areas of the service population and program operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.


  • Preferred Master's Degree in the Behavior Sciences, Human Services, or other relevant social services field; Or,
  • Bachelor's degree in the Behavior Sciences, Human Services, or other relevant social services field with 3-5 years' experience working with the immigrant/refugee population.
  • BilingualinSpanish/English.

Working with the Juntos Home Study Program
Center For Family Services' Juntos Home Study program conducts the home study for sponsor families who are awaiting placement of children in need of a safe place to live. The home study ensures a safe, warm and caring temporary home for immigrant children while in the care of a sponsor until the child's family unification process is complete. Juntos Home Study services focus on the safety of each child and utilize Nurtured Heart, a trauma informed care approach, which emphasizes physical, psychological and emotional safety and helps children rebuild a sense of safety and control.
