Location: Warren/Hunterdon/Somerset Counties
Job Type/Status: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical services both in person and through telehealth to students.
- Conduct screenings, brief interventions, school consultations, and facilitate treatment referrals.
- Provide case management as needed.
- Collaborate with families, school personnel, and other providers to ensure the mental health needs of the client are being met.
- Complete documentation in accordance with Center for Family Services policies and within agreed upon time frames.
- Lead weekly supervision and bi-weekly group supervision.
- Take responsibility for professional development and meeting licensure requirements for maintaining credentials through attendance at relevant workshops and seminars.
- Expected to work a combination of before, during and after school hours.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Practitioners must be licensed in the State of New Jersey as one of the following in good standing: Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC); Licensed Social Worker (LSW); Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); or Licensed Clinical, Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC).
- Preference for professionals with relevant independent licensure.
- Preference for professionals with CCS credentials.
- Minimum five years' experience working in youth and adolescent development.
- Minimum five years' experience as a clinical team lead.
- Experience completing assessments and providing brief individualized clinical interventions to youth and families.
- Preference for clinicians with previous training in Motivational Interviewing. ? Those who are not trained in Motivational Interviewing must be trained within sixty (60) days of hire or assignment to the Hub.
- Valid New Jersey driver's license, safe driving record.
- Vehicle with current insurance and valid registration.
