Center for Family Services is seeking a motivated and compassionate individual for the Program Director Position. The Program Director assumes overall responsibility for Program.

Location: Winslow, New Jersey

Job Status: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Program Director provides administrative supervision of program staff, students, and volunteers and is responsible for all reports and billing. This individual provides counseling and other direct service activities as needed and assures the continuing training and development of program staff.  The Program Director coordinates program activities with appropriate liaison agencies to ensure constructive collaboration, develops and promotes relationships with other community providers, and represents the program and agency in the community. 

Requirements: 

• Clinically based Masters Degree required; related field preferred (Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling)
• Must have 3 years post Masters Degree experience working in a residential program with at risk youth.
• Must have 1 year experiences within a supervisory capacity 
• 40 hours a week. Typically Mon- Fri,  may require weekends, nights and holidays to cover shift and additional on-call responsibilities
• Current driver's license with a driving record of at least three years 
• Vehicle with current insurance and registration
