Duties and Responsibilities:
Embrace and demonstrate the mission, philosophy and values of Center for Family Services
Provide bilingual Spanish speaking human trafficking screenings, human trafficking education and parenting education virtually and in office as needed.
Responsible for competing the paperwork (i.e. progress notes, Human Trafficking Screening, other paperwork, etc.) within required time frames in electronic health record.
Provide follow up on results of Human Trafficking Screening.
Complete all necessary paperwork in electronic health record in a thorough, timely and professional manner.
Complete all necessary billing paperwork in a timely manner.
Maintain ethical and legal compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, criminal justice, special education) and a minimum of one year of experience working with individuals and families.
Experience with trauma informed practice.
Must be energetic, creative, and able to work as part of a community resource team, and be culturally competent and responsive.
Must pass a federal criminal background check.
Bilingual Spanish speaking required.
