Supervised Visitation Outreach Worker Morris County, NJ

Family Intervention Services, inc, a division of the Center for Family Services is seeking 2 dedicated and responsible people for our Supervised Visitation Outreach Worker Positions. These positions will cover the Sussex and Morris Count areas. The Supervised Visitation Outreach Worker will provide transportation and supervised visitation to families involved with the Department of Child Protection and Permanency. Responsibilities include: transporting the child(ren) and parent(s) to and from a pre-determined pick up/drop off location (using agency vehicles), observes and documents the visit and ensures family members' safety during transport and visit. The Outreach Workers reports to a Program Coordinator: Part-time/Hourly: $11 per hour.

Location: Morris County, NJ

Experience:

  • Candidates Must be 18 years or older
  • College experience in a related field is a plus. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain boundaries. 
  • Must be culturally sensitive to work with a diverse population.
  • Current driver's license & good driving record of 3 years
