Position Summary: 

Provides transportation for clients and their children. Provides supervision to children whose mom is in the program. May perform specialized activities and functions.

Location: Camden, NJ

Job Type/Status: Part Time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides direct life skills services.
• May perform specialized activities and functions specific to program.
• Completes documentation and other reporting requirements.
• Meets regularly with supervisor, and participates in other continuing professional development opportunities.
• Contributes on Agency committees and special tasks, and promotes a sense of agency with co-workers and staff, and communicates in ways that support agency mission and values.
• Car, valid registration, insurance and driver's license. CFS driving approval
• Facilitate transportation assistance utilizing agency vehicle
• Provide supervision, direct observation and facilitation of Family Assisted Waiting Room and/or case management into appropriate day care.
• Assist clinical team to identify parenting styles and child behaviors to ensure case management of appropriate education needs and/or referrals.
• Provide documentation of any referrals made for children (pediatric care, immunizations, etc) and follow up in conjunction with the primary counselor.
• Assure program compliance with all contract goals
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, team meetings and staff trainings
• Other duties as assigned by the Program Director or Clinical Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma and experience in and aptitude for human services work.
• Experience working with children
• Driver's license and clean driving record
