Job Type/Status: Full-Time

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete required documentation within established timeframes per Federal, State,  County, and agency regulations, policies, and procedures. 
  • Adhere to HIPPA regulations in all related client and agency matters. 
  • Provide oversight of all program elements and adhere to all contract regulations and licensing requirements as outlined by funders. 
  • Attend external community relationships, meetings, and committees as assigned. 
  • Conduct staff meetings and supervision of program staff including performance evaluations, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary action if needed. 
  • Responsible for managing timesheet approvals, approvals for time off requests, and oversight of staff schedules. 
  • Provides oversight of referrals and completion of intakes.
  • Participate in Center For Family Services Supervisory Meetings and expectations. 9. Conduct intake assessments that include mental status exams and diagnosing utilizing the  DSM V. 
  • Provide oversight of APN schedule and oversight of follow-up needed by program staff. 11. Completes all required reporting expectations of funders and Center For Family Services. 12. Responsible for hiring for program positions. 
  • Responsible for implementing performance improvement initiatives to provide quality care and monitoring of outcomes. 
  • Provide Individual and Family Counseling to program youth and families. 15. Provide coverage for psychoeducation groups. 
  • Provide oversight of treatment planning meetings. 
  • Other duties as assigned by the Senior Program Director. 


  • Master's in Social Work or related Master's Degree in the field of Mental Health,  Human Services, family therapy, psychology, or counseling from an accredited university. 2. Active New Jersey license to practice from the Department of Consumer Affairs, LSW,  LCSW, LAC, and LPC. 
  • Minimally (1) year post-Master's experience with program oversight. 4. Recognized supervisory and administrative experience. 
  • Highly developed diagnostic and casework management skills. 
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and implement agency services. 
  • Ability to function as both inter-agency and community liaison. 
  • Sensitivity in functioning in a multi-cultural work setting. 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and consistently. 
  • Valid NJ driver's license. 
  • Sensitivity and understanding in human relations. 
  • Certification of good health is signed by a licensed physician. 
  • Utilize Trauma Informed Care methods when engaging with staff, clients, and stakeholders in the community. 
  • Conducts self as a role model in interactions with staff, colleagues, and funding sources in accordance with Center For Family Services' Code of Ethics. 
  • Possesses the ability to effectively use technological tools and platforms in order to complete their work functions efficiently.
