Summary
The bilingual Logistics & Records Specialist will be responsible for staff data as it pertains to the employee life cycle of recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and development. This position will oversee all screenings and checks for candidates and new hires and will ensure compliance as it pertains to ongoing staff training and timely personnel data reporting for the Juntos home study program, which supports family unification for immigrant children, family preservation, kinship care, and general child well-being.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience working with the immigrant/refugee population, with administrative support experience
  • Preferred Associates Degree or Higher in the Behavior Sciences, Human Services, or other relevant social services field
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

Working with the Juntos Program
The Juntos program conducts the home study for sponsor 
families who are awaiting placement of children in need of a safe place to live. The home study ensures a safe, warm and caring temporary home for immigrant children while in the care of a sponsor until the child's family unification process is complete. Juntos services focus on the safety of each child and utilize Nurtured Heart, a trauma informed care approach, which emphasizes physical, psychological and emotional safety and helps children rebuild a sense of safety and control.
