Summary:

Center For Family Services is seeking a motivated and compassionate individual for the Case Manager position within its Envision Program. Envision offers community-based long-term residential treatment for female youth ages 11-19. The program is comprised of three supportive homes where young girls work closely with therapists and counselors to learn, grow, and heal. Envision provides diagnostic assessment, therapy, educational services, social skills training, and job readiness training to help youth lead happy, healthy, and independent lives. The Case Manager is a key member of the program's team and provides direct counseling services and support to young women in the program. 

Location: Clementon, NJ

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Case Manager is a caring, self-starter who is charged with creating treatment plans for up to 15 youth in a residential setting.  The case manager engages in caring supervision and structure which is consistent with the stated goals and objectives. the individual teaches budgeting and money management skills, and also provides life and social skills training , guides, and counsels youth in the program. The case manager oversees Life Skills weekly groups and provides one on one assistance. The Case Manager assures that youth complete their goals as set forth in their treatment plan.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's Degree Required, BA in Social Work or related field preferred

  • At least two years' experience working with adolescents in a residential setting

  • Current driver's license & good driving record of 3 years

  • Vehicle with current insurance and registration
