Center For Family Service and our Mother Child Residential Program is looking for a PT and/or Temporary Residential Aide to work at a women's residential shelter and maternity group home. Must be able to work well with children and adults. RA's are responsible for assisting in the coordination of residential services and providing professional treatment and care to residents.
Duties and Responsibilities:
High School Diploma preferred
At least two years of experience working with program population
Maintains First A and CPR certifications, as required by funder and licensing agent for
specific programs pertinent to this position
Ability to understand and carry out written and oral direction.
Ability to complete documents such as attendance sheets and incident reports using accepted grammatical and spelling standards
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Ability to exercise judgment and discretion.
Ability to read and respond to email in a professional manner
Current driver's license with an good driving record of at least three years
Vehicle with current insurance and registration
