***500 Sign on Bonus***  Center for Family Services is offering all new hires a $500 bonus!   The bonus will be paid in two installments.  The signing bonus is taxable, and all regular payroll taxes will be withheld.


Center For Family Services is seeking a dedicated individual for our Director of Recruiting Position. This position will lead the development and implementation of strategic talent acquisition tactics that utilize both traditional and modern / current / innovative sources and lead the evaluation of the entire recruiting function, strategies, and procedures in order to fill open positions. The Director of Recruiting oversees full cycle recruitment in support of all of the departments within program operations. They will explore and implement practices that will attract the most talented candidates to our business. They will work with Program Managers to examine hiring trends and needs. The Director of Recruiting endeavors to develop strategies and processes  in order to cover all possible talent pools available to the business. The Director of Recruiting will be responsible for all levels of recruitment and will establish business partnerships across several professional disciplines, including but not limited to Administrative, Educational, Residential, and Clinical Positions. They will also oversee retention activities.

Requirements and Education:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D and bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • The Candidate should have at least 10 years Recruiting experience
  • The candidate must have a proven and successful experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes consisting of sourcing, and screening
  • The suitable candidate must demonstrate vast knowledge of recruiting database systems as well as knowledge of rewards programs inclusive of offer generation. 
  • They should have the desire for being a process-driver and with the ability to leverage efficiencies in the use of technologies, workflows, and processes.
  • They will have the ability to convey information and instructions down the line in a clear and concise manner,
  • The must have excellent problem solving skills, work comfortably in a cross-functional setting, have a strong executive presence, work comfortably with senior business leadership and the Senior Executive Team, and demonstrate composure under stress and in times of ambiguity
  • Current driver's license with an good driving record of at least three years
  • Vehicle with current insurance and registration
