Center For Family Services is seeking a dedicated individual for our Director of Recruiting Position. This position will lead the development and implementation of strategic talent acquisition tactics that utilize both traditional and modern / current / innovative sources and lead the evaluation of the entire recruiting function, strategies, and procedures in order to fill open positions. The Director of Recruiting oversees full cycle recruitment in support of all of the departments within program operations. They will explore and implement practices that will attract the most talented candidates to our business. They will work with Program Managers to examine hiring trends and needs. The Director of Recruiting endeavors to develop strategies and processes in order to cover all possible talent pools available to the business. The Director of Recruiting will be responsible for all levels of recruitment and will establish business partnerships across several professional disciplines, including but not limited to Administrative, Educational, Residential, and Clinical Positions. They will also oversee retention activities.
