Job Type/Status: Full-Time

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Exercises effective time management skills including, but not limited to, organizing and prioritizing work in order to meet deadlines. 
  • Displays professional demeanor in all interactions with children, adults, and families served, as well as colleagues, and/or community members. 
  • Complete and send via email Juntos Daily Census Reports within the required timeframe. 
  • Attend Job Fairs to assist hiring managers with the hiring process. Follow up with potential candidates to set up interviews. 
  • Complete applicant pre screening and follow up with the hiring manager
  • Complete Employee Reference Checks and submit to the HR department
  • Email the New Hire Training Curriculum and follow up with staff to ensure training has been completed within the required time frame. 
  • Upload external training certificates into Relias.
  • Register staff for training in Relias in accordance with training recurrence timeframes. 
  • Input training information into the Training Tracker and use the training tracker as a tool to maintain staff training compliance with ORR and CFFS requirements
  • Complete Relias Training Reports 
  • Maintain compliance with all assigned/required training 
  • Maintain expertise with the Relias for Supervisors tool in order to be able perform tasks related to the Relias training platform.
  • Abide by the CFFS, and ORR policy and procedures. 
  • Other duties may be assigned as required to meet program requirements

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • High School Diploma required 
  • Associate Degree preferred in Social Work or related field 
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working in administrative support roles
  • Spanish Bilingual 
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills including, but not limited to, advanced knowledge of English and Spanish (i.e. meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar).
  • Possesses the ability to effectively use technological tools and platforms in order to complete their work functions efficiently including, but not limited to: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Gmail.
