POSITION SUMMARY:

Quality Commercial Cleaning (QCC) is an inclusive and supportive cleaning business based in Warren County New Jersey.  QCC employs individuals who identify with a mental health disorder.  Center for Family Services is seeking a Team Lead to be present on job locations throughout Warren County and neighboring areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision to Quality Commercial Cleaning (QCC) employees on QCC job sites, as assigned.

  • Instruct and train QCC employees regarding cleaning tasks in a supportive manner.

  • Ensure that all QCC contracts are cleaned as specified, as assigned.

  • Transport clients to and from QCC job sites as needed.

  • Ensure there is a Team Lead on all contract sites whenever work is being completed. 

  • Coordinate all QCC job scheduling with the other QCC Team Leads and distribute schedules to QCC employees at least one week in advance in conjunction with Director and QCC Supervisor.

  • Procure janitorial supplies and equipment as needed.

  • Maintain all QCC equipment and arrange service repair for equipment as needed.

  • Provide input to QCC Supervisor regarding procurement of janitorial supplies, maintain and stock QCC job sites.

  • In conjunction with QCC Supervisor, maintains QCC vehicle and ensures vehicle is stocked and cleaned at all times.

  • In conjunction with QCC Supervisor, maintain basement QCC supply area in an orderly manner.

  • In coordination with QCC Supervisor maintain QCC job application list, interview and hire new QCC members as needed.

  • Assist QCC Supervisor with complete weekly master time sheet for QCC team members and contract sites as directed.

  • In coordination with QCC Supervisor, maintain and initiate communication with Director of Rehabilitative Services and other involved parties regarding client progress, and problems encountered on job sites.

  • Notify the Director of Rehabilitation Services immediately of any problems or breakage that occurs on QCC job sites or in transition to a QCC job site.

  • Participate in regularly scheduled staff meetings and trainings with the QCC staff.

  • In conjunction with QCC Supervisor engage in employee advocacy when necessary, and continuously serve as a role model to employees.

  • Complete all documentation neatly, and on a timely basis, within agency guidelines.

  • Schedule and complete regular employee evaluations for the QCC members as directed.

  • In coordination with QCC Supervisor, schedule monthly QCC meetings and prepare the agenda to be discussed at the meetings.

  • Maintain personnel files on each QCC employee as directed.

  • In coordination with QCC Supervisor, develop and maintain policies and procedures manual for QCC employees.

  • In conjunction with QCC Supervisor, ensure that keys for contracts are copied and distributed to appropriate staff.

  • In conjunction with QCC Supervisor, develop and maintain all forms applicable to QCC Employees and contracts.

  • All other duties as assigned.



REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Graduation with a BA/BS degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university. 

Or 

  • High School diploma plus two years of experience in management/supervision. 

  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation are required.
