***Sign on Bonus***
The bonus will be paid in one lump sum in a separate check on the next regularly scheduled pay date after you start employment with Center for Family Services. The signing bonus is taxable, and all regular payroll taxes will be withheld. In the event you leave the Center for Family Services within 12 months of your date of hire, you will be responsible for reimbursing the Center for Family Services for the entire signing bonus. Eligibility and Amount is as follows:
$3000 for LCSW, LCADC, RN, LMFT
$1500 for LPC, LPN, LSW
Center For Family Services is seeking a Program
Coordinator for it's Morris/Sussex Mobile Response and Stabilization Services
Program. This individual should be energetic, creative and flexible to join a
fast pace environment. The Program Coordinator provides supervision and over
site to staff who provide crisis management and de-escalation services to youth
and families in Morris and Sussex County.
Location: Morris and Sussex County, New Jersey
Duties and Responsibilities:
weekly individual and team supervision to CIS and be available for on-call
supervision and/or back up crisis supervision.
needs and provides ongoing staff training in a variety of clinical
modalities (e.g., family systems, behavioral, cognitive, etc).
cases per program requirements.
compliance with directives from supervisors.
youth/family progress toward goal achievement.
school, court, etc meetings.
for on call on a rotating basis
community meetings/presentations as deemed appropriate
sound clinical (when appropriate to license) and administrative judgment
and provide guidance to staff accordingly.
act as a liaison between staff and all levels of administration.
recommendations in hiring, disciplinary actions, promotion and termination
in conjunction with Program Director.
regular staff evaluations and oversee implementation of the Quality
Assessment and Check In while providing staff with opportunities for
and participates in agency/office meetings.
as liaison between FIS and all referral sources.
statistics to ensure the level of service is met.
that all reports (required by program/service and FIS) are completed and
submitted within designated timeframes
Job Requirements (Qualifications):
as LPC/LCSW/LAC/LSW or an equivalent license from an accredited
degree in a related field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology,
criminal justice, special education)
with community relations and crisis intervention.
be energetic, creative, and able to work as part of a community resource
team, and be culturally competent and responsive.
have a car, valid driver's license and pass a criminal background check
with current insurance and registration
