The Envision House Manager provides clinical and administrative supervision of program staff, students, volunteers, and program coordinators. They provide psychotherapy and other direct services as needed. The House Manager regularly schedules meetings with program staff to discuss plans, address areas of potential problems, and daily program functioning. They maintain liaisons with DYFS and other contracting agency personnel as well as develop and promote relationships with other social service agencies. The House Manager develops new program resources, provides for staff training, and serves as a member of the FCS Administrative Team.
