Salary: $54,600 per year

POSITION SUMMARY:

The CSVA Coordinator will support the county's survivor responses by recruiting, training, and supporting both on-staff and volunteer CSVA's. The CSVA Coordinator will be responsible for building countywide capacity to respond to survivors through a high-quality, responsive, and sustainable CSVA team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, supervise, and support staff and volunteer Confidential Sexual Violence Advocates
• Implement 60-hour New Jersey State Confidential Sexual Violence Advocate and Domestic Violence Response Team and Human Trafficking training
• Provide ongoing training and technical assistance to staff and volunteer advocates
• Ensure coverage for 24-hour hotline and provide back-up to CSVA on-call
• Attend statewide and community-based meetings and task forces as required
• Effectively engage with allied stakeholders to increase capacity to prevent and respond to sexual violence
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrated dedication to the anti-violence movement, social justice, and gender equity ? Able to set priorities in a shifting environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Project management experience
• Understanding of the dynamics and impacts of sexual violence
• Professional training and curriculum development experience
• Must be able to speak fluently in English and Spanish
