Position Summary

Center For Family Services is seeking an experienced individual for the House Manager position within its Envision Thrive Program. Envision offers community-based long-term residential treatment for female youth ages 11-19. The program is comprised of three supportive homes where youth work closely with therapists and residential counselors to learn, grow, and heal. Envision provides diagnostic assessment, therapy, educational services, social skills training, and job readiness training to help youth lead happy, healthy, and independent lives. 

 Duties and Responsibilities:

The Envision House Manager provides administrative supervision of residential counselors and residents.. The House Manager regularly schedules meetings with program staff to discuss plans, address areas of potential problems, and daily program functioning.  They maintain liaisons with CMO, DCPP, and other contracting agency personnel as well as develop and promote relationships with other social service agencies. The House Manager develops new program resources, provides staff training, and serves as a member of the FCS Administrative Team. The House Manager oversees the completion of program documentation per OOL and COA guidelines.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, or a related field
  • 3 years experience working with youth with emotional, behavioral and substance use challenges. 
  • Supervisory Experience Preferred
  • Federal and State regulations require employees in this position to be fully vaccinated. According to the CDC, fully vaccinated means to have received the initial vaccination and at least one booster shot.  As you apply for this position, you will be required to be fully vaccinated.  Please ask if you have any questions.
  • 40 hours per week. Hours are flexible but do include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • On-call responsibilities
  • Excellent driving skills and current driver's license with a driving record of at least three years 
  • Vehicle with current insurance and registration
