Youth Counselor- Fee for Service -Peaceful Tomorrows


Center For Family Services is seeking a licensed or licensed eligible Part Time Clinician within its Peaceful Tomorrows Program located in our Vineland Office. The Part Time Clinician provides counseling using Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with children who have witnessed and/or experienced domestic violence and their non-offending parent/guardian. Bi-Lingual English/Spanish speaking preferred.

Location: Vineland, NJ

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Counselor for Children and Teens completes training in TF-CBT, administers and scores standardized assessment tools and prepares diagnostic histories involving the collection, analysis, and recording of significant social and personal factors.  
  • This individual completes documentation and other reporting requirements on a timely basis 
  • Performs specialized activities and functions specific to the program, and meets regularly with supervisor. 
  • The Counselor for Children and Teens adheres to policies and procedures of CFS, provides Parent/Child assessments using tools written within the current Grant 
  • Participates in weekly Case Review Meetings
  • Participates in agency collaboration team meetings weekly
  • Participates in the development and planning of sessions. 


  • MSW, or MA in a related human services field 

  • Licensed (MFT, LCSW, LPC) preferred or license eligible

  • Experience and knowledge working in the field of domestic violence

  • Experience working with children and families
