Center For Family Services is looking for a responsible and organized individual to fill the Human Trafficking Therapist position within the Services Empowering Rights of Victims (SERV) program. SERV provides crisis intervention, counseling, and support to survivors of sexual violence, domestic violence, and human trafficking. The Human Trafficking (HT) Therapist is responsible for providing individual and group counseling services to victims of human trafficking. The Therapist reports directly to the Clinical Supervisor.
Location: Gloucester County, NJ
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide individual counseling to victims of human trafficking on and off-site
Provide weekly group counseling sessions for victims of human trafficking at partnering sites
Work with program participants in developing a peer-lead support group for human trafficking
Provide victims with trafficking and trauma information
Coordinate with Residential HT Advocates and project staff
Provide appropriate referrals for victims
Provide community consultation and education
Maintain victim case files including state agency paperwork requirements
Maintain statistics and program evaluations
Attend community, county and state coalition meetings
Assist with office procedures pertinent to the operation of the program
