Job Type/Status: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between end users and higher level support
  • Maintain mobile device vendor relations, portal management and Invoicing
  • Manage receipt, storage and deployment of mobile device inventory
  • Assist with training of new technicians on Mobile Device deployment
  • Plan and coordinate training on the use of mobile devices
  • At IT Business Manager's direction, assign tickets to appropriate technician and follow up to ensure work has been completed
  • Institute protocols for the use of mobile devices across departments and projects
  • Install and configure hardware and software components to ensure usability
  • Develop and document best practice procedures for daily operations as related to mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, repair or replace damaged hardware
  • Prepare, install, and configure new equipment for deployment
  • Provide support to users
  • Provide basic technical training for end users
  • Establish good relationships with all departments and colleagues
  • Manage technical documentation of work performed
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma.
  • 2 years experience in mobile devices, computer systems and maintenance.
  • Experience with supporting Microsoft Windows 7-10 and all versions of Android.
  • Basic networking experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
