***Sign on bonus*** All center for family services new hire will receive a $500.00 Sign on Bonus. The bonus will be paid in two installments. The signing bonus is taxable, and all regular payroll taxes will be withheld. In the event you leave the Center for Family Services within 4 months of your date of hire, you will be responsible for reimbursing the Center for Family Services for the entire signing bonus.
If you hold one of the following licensures you will be eligible for that bonus in place of the 500 new hire bonus.
$3000 for LCSW, LCADC, RN, LMFT
$1500 for LPC, LPN, LSW
The bonus will be paid in one lump sum in a separate check on the next regularly scheduled pay date after you start employment with Center for Family Services. Center For Family Services is seeking a motivated and compassionate individual for the Individual Family Counselor/ Mental Health Counselor position within its IMANI Partial Care Program. IMANI is a structured program designed to support and encourage youth and ages 13-17 experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges and their families. The Individual Family Counselor/ Mental Health Counselor is a key member of the program's team and provides psychotherapy and a variety of direct counseling services. This individual has excellent communication skills, provides leadership, acts as a role model, and relates positively to youth. Position is located in Camden, NJ

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Individual Family Counselor/ Mental Health Counselor conducts Individual, Family and Group sessions on a weekly basis, completes referrals, intakes and assessments on site, in the home and in the community, and creates treatment plans for youths in the program. This individual leads family team meetings with consulting staff, referral sources and family members and completes and maintains appropriate documentation files weekly. The Individual Family Counselor/ Mental Health Counselor coordinates diagnostic activities with appropriate consulting staff, completes individual progress and group progress notes, and provides direct coverage for program when needed. This individual attends local youth service planning meetings and meets regularly with supervisor.
Master's degree in Psychology or Social Work
LAC or LSW preferred
Three years' of direct Mental Health Care Services to Youth
Current driver's license and a good driving record of at least three years
Vehicle with current insurance and registration
