$3000 for LCSW, LCADC, RN, LMFT
$1500 for LPC, LPN, LSW
The bonus will be paid in one lump sum in a separate check on the next regularly scheduled pay date after you start employment with Center for Family Services. The signing bonus is taxable, and all regular payroll taxes will be withheld. In the event you leave the Center for Family Services within 12 months of your date of hire, you will be responsible for reimbursing the Center for Family Services for the entire signing bonus.
Center For Family Services has a full time In Home Counseling position available with our Family Preservation Services (FPS) program. The FPS program provides short term, intensive, in-home, support and crisis intervention for families located throughout Camden and Gloucester Counties. Families who have children at risk of out-of-home placement or who have children scheduled for reunification are referred by DCP&P. The goals of FPS are to prevent the unnecessary out-of-home placement of child(ren), to improve family functioning, and to make linkages to community resources while working towards the child welfare outcomes of safety, well-being, permanency and stability of children and families.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The In Home Counselor maintains a caseload of 2-3 families and must be directly accessible to the families 24 hours a day/7 days a week in the event of a crisis. This individual provides, within program objectives, a variety of direct counseling services using individual, family and group methods. They utilize a full range of treatment/ intervention skills and techniques with an emphasis on crisis intervention and evaluates client's progress and modifies counseling services accordingly. The In Home Counselor conducts 3, 6, and 12 month follow-ups of families to determine success of FPS intervention. They complete promptly and accurately all statistical and other reports required for supervisory and administrative purposes, and records case material promptly. The In Home Counselor is comfortable working with children and families and must be reliable, dependable, creative and organized with excellent communication skills. They are skilled at home counseling, intensive case management, and crisis intervention.
