Job Type/Status: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate coverage with administrative staff for office hours the position requires minimally 4 days in the office with shift of 9am-5pm and 1pm-9pm shift depending on the needs of the program and office coverage.

  • Embrace and demonstrate the mission, philosophy and values of Center for Family Services.

  • Provide Administrative Support for Intense In-Home Community (IIC) and Outpatient

  • Programs for multiple counties.

  • Act as point person for program referrals between referral source and clinicians.

  • Maintain clinician availability, specialties, etc for IIC program.

  • Provide clinician availability to referral sources on a weekly basis.

  • Provide telephone coverage and initial screening for individuals contacting the agency for counseling services to determine appropriateness for level of care and/or program.

  • Coordinate and schedule intake assessments for families and clinicians in offices throughout four counties including insurance information's eligibility and verification.

  • Complete comprehensive record reviews for IIC.

  • Complete letters to participants as needed.

  • Complete all necessary paperwork in electronic health record (EHR) in a thorough, timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain ethical and legal compliance.

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline i.e. psychology, social work, or related field.

  • Strong working knowledge of computers.

  • 2 years' experience in social services.

  • Experience with an EHR system helpful.

  • Ability to work independently, efficiently and effectively.

  • Must be flexible with change, possess excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task.

  • Must be energetic, creative, and able to work as part of a community resource team, and be culturally competent and responsive.

  • Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
